Hiring – Administrator

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an additional financial services administrator to join our existing successful team.  Together with the team of administrators, you will support five financial advisers and liaising with clients, you will be their point of contact for queries and servicing relating to pensions, investments, protection, and all aspects of financial planning, in addition communicating with product providers, covering all aspects within general office administration.

Administrator Responsibilities include:

Client correspondence, written and verbal.

Processing new business.

Preparation of client review packs.

Arranging client meetings and managing Adviser’s diaries.

Illustration requests.

Ensure all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with company procedures.

Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client and firm’s files are well presented, accurate and compliant.

Taking phone calls, enquiries, and requests, always handling them professionally.

Back-office support and training provided.
